At Crown, we offer one thing: high-end custom drapery hardware at a reasonable price. We like being able to offer our customers custom lengths and a variety of finishes, so processing time can take a few weeks. Our standard turn-around is 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days) for hardware in Classic or Matte Collections and 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days) for Artisan Collection hardware. This processing time does not include the time your order will spend in transit, which varies according to how far away its destination is.
We offer free standard ground shipping within the contiguous states for all prepaid orders that are over $250. We recommend splicing rods over 94” since packages over that length incur a UPS $80 over-length fee. Our hardware ships via UPS Ground unless the longest rod is over 106” without a splice. At this length, packages must be shipped via freight, and shipping costs will be calculated after your order is placed. Small packages such as catalogs and finish samples will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
If you would like expedited shipping, you can contact us for a quote for your shipping charges. If you have an order that you need before our standard turn-around, please let us know when you place your order, and we will do everything that we can to accommodate you. Rush order charges may apply based on turn-around time and availability.
Because of the nature of our custom products - each order is made to your exact specifications - we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We take special care to package your hardware for a safe and timely arrival; however, if your order is damaged or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. Missing or damaged items claims placed up to 30 days after shipping confirmation will be considered for reimbursement or replacement.
From our inception, Crown has always strived to have the best products available at the best prices available. We purposefully keep our prices low - typically 75% lower than other companies - to keep our product accessible. However, the industry is changing, and to get the quality of the raw products that we use, and to source the products locally, we must pay accordingly. As such, we are at our discretion to change pricing as we see necessary. We believe that good design should be shared, and we want to share it with you and your clients.
We recommend having our products installed professionally, and we are not accountable for damages resulting from improper installation. If you hire an installer please do not schedule the installation until you have received your order. We can give you an estimated ship date for your order, but these are no more than estimates and are subject to change.
